Teach the oni Suika Ibuki any word you want, at a bar, over drinks. Later, unprompted, it resurfaces inside her drunken small talk.
Per Steam's own listing, this is a word-play simulation about trading idle small talk with the oni Suika Ibuki at a bar, teaching her words, hearing rumors, filling out the shop's menu and treating her to food. This is stated up front as a Touhou Project derivative work. Mechanically, you teach Suika words, people, food, anything, serious or joking, and those words later surface unprompted inside her conversation, producing results ranging from nonsense drunk talk to coincidences that land uncannily well; teaching food-related words expands the bar's menu, which you can then buy her. Made and self-published by the solo doujin creator ISY, whose twelve-title Steam catalogue is entirely small, single-character Touhou derivative works, including one this site has covered before, 寒いから鍋食いたいね女苑ちゃんと!! (Nabe with Joon), a fact disclosed here rather than left unmentioned. Priced at ¥700, it is Positive at 100 percent across 15 reviews (15 positive, 0 negative), a paid title, not free, fully launched and not in Early Access, with no AI-generated-content disclosure and Steam's content descriptors completely empty. It supports Japanese only. One honest note: of its 15 reviews, 11 are in Japanese and just 1 is in English, and no genuine English-language coverage exists yet, on AUTOMATON WEST or elsewhere. Japanese players themselves compare it to Doko Demo Issyo, the PocketStation classic built around teaching a character vocabulary that comes back unpredictably.

01First, the one feeling
- There is no writer behind what Suika says back to you, only your own past choices, which means the funniest or most fitting lines in the game are ones you accidentally set up yourself weeks of conversation earlier.
- Because you can teach anything, serious or joking, the game becomes a slow-motion prank on your future self: you feed it something absurd on a whim, and the payoff arrives unannounced, in the middle of an otherwise ordinary drink.
- Turning taught words into menu items you can then buy her closes a small loop, teaching isn't just conversational seasoning, it has a material, immediate use inside the same scene.
02Who this is for (and who it is not)
For you
- You want Doko Demo Issyo's taught-vocabulary-companion core, an AI-free 1999 PocketStation trick, applied fresh to a Touhou bar chat
- You want a low-stakes, relaxing conversation sim where the entertainment is built entirely from what you personally chose to feed it
- You want small and self-published: solo doujin creator ISY's twelve-title Steam catalogue is entirely single-character Touhou derivative works, content descriptors completely empty
Not for you
- You want a settled number; 15 reviews is close to this site's floor even at a perfect score
- You want a game already found in the West; of 15 reviews only 1 is in English, and it supports Japanese only

Give it your first passDoko Demo Issyo The origin
The origin of this taste: Doko Demo Issyo, the Sony PocketStation game that established the taught-vocabulary companion, where a small character parrots back whatever words you fed it, unprompted, inside conversations you never wrote. Sashinomi Suika-chan is not an official Doko Demo Issyo work, and this lineage is a comparison Japanese players themselves make in their own reviews of the game, not a stated influence; the shared idea is carried forward into a Touhou-derivative bar chat, where an oni's drunken small talk is built entirely out of whatever you personally chose to teach her.
