Fire Emblem: Thracia 776: its lineage, descendants, and standing in Japan
01What this origin is
Fire Emblem: Thracia 776 is the fifth entry in Intelligent Systems' tactical RPG series, released for the Super Famicom via the Nintendo Power flash cartridge in 1999 (and on a ROM cartridge in 2000), and is the final title designed by series creator Shouzou Kaga. Known for its high difficulty and mechanics such as capture, fatigue, and the fog of war that later became series staples, it is the origin point of the franchise's most demanding, systems-heavy strand of strategy design.
